Trenchless Sewer Repair

Not anymore! Thanks to structural pipe lining and pipe bursting, we can get the job done without costing you thousands in clean-up costs and home repairs. Sewer Pipe Lining

Sewer pipe lining (also called sewer pipe lining, cured-in-place-pipe lining (CIPP), or just plain pipe lining), is a trenchless sewer line repair method that creates a new pipe inside the old one. Here’s how it works…

  1. We first perform a CCTV sewer camera inspection. This non-destructive procedure allows us to look inside the problem pipe in order to see what’s going on.  We also want to be sure that the pipe can be repaired via pipe lining.
  2. If the damaged pipe is a candidate for pipe lining, we give it a thorough cleaning, via either hydro jetting or some other method.
  3. Once the pipe is clean, a liner that has been saturated with a special 2-part epoxy resin is placed into the pipe. This liner contains a bladder that will be inflated using compressed air. The air expands the liner so that it presses up against the inside walls of the pipe. The special epoxy then seeps into all the cracks, tiny holes, and broken joints.
  4. After the liner has cured for several hours, we deflate the bladder and remove it.
  5. You now have a brand new pipe inside your old one!
